Heart Attack Hash Browns
 
Ingredients:
  • 2 lb. package frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of something soup
    (mushroom, chicken, whatever)
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 c. grated cheese
    (I recommend cheddar)
Topping: Mix together -
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
Thaw potatoes and mix first 8 ingredients together. Put in greasted 9x13 pan. Put on topping. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. I recommend letting it set for anothr 10-15 minutes before dishing it out if you can stand it. Otherwise it's all goopy and slides all over the place. Also makes for great leftovers, so make lots!
